Presenter: Susan Rogers

Susan Rogers has worked in human resources for 42 years. She began her career at TFCU in 1989 as a personnel administrator, was promoted to AVP/director of human resources, and then VP/director of human resources before assuming her current role. Rogers has helped TFCU develop a diverse organizational structure with a workforce of 900 employees. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational leadership from Southern Nazarene University. She also earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation in 1996. In 2015 and 2019, Rogers was named HR Professional of the Year by the Cornerstone HR Council of Human Resources.
