Guest Speaker: Dawit Kebede

Dawit Kebede

Dawit is a Senior Economist at America's Credit Unions, bringing over a decade of expertise across academic, not-for-profit, and private sectors. His career reflects a commitment to research and analysis, focusing on areas including consumer finance, international trade, and policy evaluation. 

Before joining America's Credit Unions, Dawit served as a primary analyst for Trustage, where he supported the Investor Guidance Center and Consumer Sales Channel. Additionally, he has background in academia, which underscores his broad expertise.

Dawit holds a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by master's degrees from UW-Madison and the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
