Credit Union Resources, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Cornerstone Credit Union League, has an immediate opening for a Risk Management & Compliance Consultant. This position will be responsible for working with credit union partners to develop, implement and maintain financial compliance programs, creating training materials on compliance matters, and training existing and new partner credit union staff. This position will also coordinate the implementation of new laws and regulations affecting credit union operations, and coordinate with regulatory examiners and external auditors.

The successful candidate will have well-developed interpersonal and communications skills necessary for interacting with all levels of credit union staff, regulatory personnel, and Boards of Directors.
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Compliance certification is desired. Knowledge of financial institution regulations and compliance, and a willingness to travel is essential. A minimum of three years of credit union or banking operations is required.

Under the supervision of the director of communications and media relations, the communications writer supports the communications team providing writing/editing support and occasional project management for informational email campaigns, articles (newsletter, magazine, and thought leadership), blog posts, press releases, internal communications (daily news clips and monthly talking points), video storyboards, scripts, marketing collateral, website, and other duties as assigned.

Excellent grammar and communication skills, attention to detail, and accurate listening and reporting skills. Must maintain confidentiality and be service-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Financial industry experience is preferred but not required.
3 to 5 years in a communication, public relations, journalism, or advertising copywriting role. Credit union or financial industry experience preferred but not required.

The Cornerstone Foundation has an immediate opening for an Administrative Coordinator. This role will: Maintain the corporate records, financial accounts, and donor databases for the Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation. Provide administrative support for the Executive Director, Development Director, Program Director, Impact Manager, and Trustees of the Foundation. Manage the daily administration of Foundation activities. Assist with planning internal events throughout the year including all board meetings and planning sessions, special events, Financial Wellness Task Force and Ambassador Meetings.

Four years of administrative, accounting, or similarly related experience is required. Additional experience with non-profit organizations, marketing, website maintenance, meeting planning and fundraising preferred.
Knowledge of accounting principles, advanced MS Office application skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), intermediate math skills, (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.), office procedures, meeting planning, and fundraising experience. An acute knowledge of social networking channels is required.
