Hosted by: HR Council
Date: Tuesday, October 8, 2019
Time: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. CST
With the safety of staff and members being a primary concern before, during, and after security-related incidents, how do we create a culture of continuous improvement?
With shootings, armed robberies, assaults, and other threats of violence being consistently in the news, how can we look at security differently to embrace safety and maintain a positive environment?
In this webinar, expert Hart Brown at R3 Continuum will use the experience of responding to these types of cases, discussing:
- The management of employees who have demonstrated a concern to others;
- The management of threats;
- Conflict management with high-risk patrons; and
- The use of disruptive event management to recover post-event.
