Posted: Jul 17, 2019 | Author: Cornerstone Credit Union League

With the safety of staff and members being a primary concern before, during, and after security-related incidents, how do we create a culture of continuous improvement? With shootings, armed robberies, assaults, and other threats of violence being consistently in the news, how can we look at security differently to embrace safety and maintain a positive environment?

In this webinar hosted by the HR Council, your presenter, expert Hart Brown, will discuss:

  • Managing employees who have demonstrated a concern to others;
  • Handling threats;
  • Managing conflict with high-risk patrons; and
  • Using disruptive event management to recover post-event.

R3 Continuum Senior Vice President Hart Brown has more than 20 years' experience inHart Brown the public and private sectors. Known for his ability to grow organizations from inception to international recognition, Brown has expertise in building customer and shareholder value through crisis management, risk modeling, security, cyber risk, artificial intelligence, analytics, and insurance.
