Longtime Cornerstone employee Barri Hamilton retires

Cornerstone Credit Union League announces the retirement of Barri Hamilton, League Compliance consultant, effective May 10. Hamilton, a Cornerstone staff member for the past 17 years, spent 41 years in the credit union industry.

Hamilton gave much of her time to the Houston area credit union network, including the chapter, the Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation, and the Children’s Miracle Network. 

During her time at the League, Hamilton managed Information Central, the free member hotline for compliance and operational questions.

“Barri has been a lifeline to many credit unions in need,” said Regulatory and Compliance Counsel Suzanne Yashewski. “She will be missed by the League and our member credit unions.”
