Supervisory Committee Certification Program
Gain experience and knowledge through five instructional models, covering attributes of a strong committee member. Learn the month-to-month work, responsibilities, and role of a committee member. Attendees will discuss real-life examples and receive job aides that can be immediately applied to their role.
Comprehensive Credit Union Board Course
Learn insights into the innerworkings of board leadership through seven instructional modules. Finding the right balance between board and management leadership is essential to creating sustainable culture, reducing risk, and providing value to members. Attendees will explore foundational credit union topics, board member responsibilities, situational strategies for credit union board, and more.
