New this year, the Cornerstone Credit Union League is offering an exclusive opportunity for your managers and employees to complete diversity and inclusion training online. This comprehensive, 12-month program includes monthly videos, a comprehensive workbook, and actionable exercises, all for the low cost of $200 per person.
The program, Lead Like an Ally, facilitates positive change by providing though-provoking, inclusive leadership strategies. Learners can go at their own pace and choose topics in the order that is the most important to them.
Topics include self-awareness, self-management, knowing your ally role, comfort with discomfort, candid conversations, space for others, diversity storytelling, and unconscious bias with a deep dive on gender, race, and sexual orientation, as well as sustainable systems for positive change.

Save money when you register a group of 10-19 and see even greater cost savings when you register a group of 20 or more.
- For a group of 10–19, the cost is $180 per person.
