Learn how to cultivate mindful relationships as a leader

Posted: Jul 16, 2020 | Author:

Register today for the Cornerstone Credit Union League Small CU Forum, a special low-cost conference that allows small credit union professionals and directors in the Cornerstone region to meet some of their required training needs, including BSA/OFAC and financial literacy. During the conference, participants will benefit from attending sessions on effective board meetings, CECL, HR trends, and cultivating mindful relationships.

Good leadership starts with a strong foundation of ongoing, ever-evolving self-awareness about who we are at our core, what motivates us, and how we prefer to communicate. But great leadership is possible when we learn to see, celebrate, and further develop the unique talents of others while flexing our own behavior and communication preferences to connect meaningfully and respectfully. Employees mightily serve leaders who see them for the unique individuals they are, while inspiring them to grow into their highest potential. Leaders who serve in this capacity are handsomely rewarded with a profoundly meaningful life of fulfilling work.
