Their multi-channel approach looks for victims who find their stories convincing and will willingly click on links or share sensitive information, which can be used to authorize and transact many types of transactions.

Holly Spiczenski is a risk consultant in Risk & Compliance Solutions for TruStage. In this role she assists credit unions in identifying areas of risk in their payments and deposits operations and recommends appropriate controls to reduce loss exposure.
Holly began her career with TruStage specializing in Collateral Protection, and then moved into a claims adjuster role. Prior to joining TruStage, Holly worked at CUNA Credit Union (now Summit Credit Union).
