Cornerstone’s Doug Foister celebrates 35th anniversary

Nov. 5 marked the 35th anniversary for Cornerstone Credit Union League’s Research Director Doug Foister. Foister, who has worked at the League for his entire career, was honored for his years of service during an anniversary celebration on Wednesday.

Among other responsibilities, Foister conducts membership and employee surveys and conducts different types of focus groups for credit unions.

“When you reach a milestone like this, you step back and take a panoramic view of your career,” said Foister. “This resulted in a theme of thankfulness, thankfulness for the organization, for ‘people helping people,’ for the rewarding work, and for our staff.”

During a celebration at the League, employees shared their thoughts on Foister’s contributions. Comments included, “When I think of Doug, I think of integrity, character, and someone who is unflappable;” and “You can count on Doug to do the right thing at the right time.”
