Cornerstone Foundation names new trustees, elects officers

During the Annual Meeting on April 24, the Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation named new trustees. At its April 30 teleconference, the Foundation elected officers.

Foundation Board of Trustees Officers

Art Hornell, chair (The People's Federal Credit Union)

Donna Neal, vice chair (My Community Credit Union)

David Willis, treasurer (Tinker Federal Credit Union)

Shelli McCoy, secretary (Tarrant County’s Credit Union)

New trustees

Mary Beth Spuck (Resource One Credit Union)

Stephen Lark (Communication Federal Credit Union)

Pam Garrett (Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union)

Kanika Boutte’ (Energy Capital Credit Union)

In accordance with the Foundation bylaws, the newly elected League Vice Chairman James Boyd with Abilene Teachers FCU, and Secretary Tammy Passafiume with Diamond Lakes FCU, will also serve as Trustees of the Foundation.

“We welcome our new Trustees and look forward to benefiting from their expertise and sharing their passion for the Foundation’s mission,” said Foundation Executive Director Courtney Moran.
