In Memoriam: Tony Black

Tony Black, president/CEO at BCM Federal Credit Union in Houston, passed away unexpectedly. He was 62.

Black was a well-respected leader in the credit union movement. He was an active member of the Houston Chapter of Credit Unions. He served on the Cornerstone Resources Board of Directors from 2013–2019 an on its Audit Committee from 2015–2019. Black was a frequent contributor to the CEO Roundtables and Houston chapter meetings. He was also secretary for the African-American Credit Union Coalition Texas Regional Chapter executive committee.
