Sarah Roberts has been promoted to assistant vice president/manager, community engagement. She will manage all aspects of the $6 billion credit union’s community engagement, sponsorships, donations, member events, and segmentation programs.

“Since joining the marketing team in 2019, Sarah has shown herself to be an energetic and charismatic leader, as well as a strategic thinker who has not only grown TFCU’s business partner relationships in Tulsa, but also initiated multiple tribal partnerships,” said Nicole Emmons, TFCU’s vice president/director of marketing. “She has a clear understanding of TFCU’s strengths and a strong commitment to seeing TFCU invest in the success of communities across state of Oklahoma.”

Roberts, who has served as a business development officer at TFCU for the past five years, brings eight years of experience in marketing and public relations. Throughout her tenure, she has cultivated numerous partnerships, strengthening TFCU’s presence and impact within the communities it serves.

Roberts is active on several boards, including Norman Next, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Norman (where she serves as both a Big Sister and board chair), Women's Resource Center, Norman Community Advisory, and Moore Norman Technology Center Foundation. Her involvement in these organizations underscores her commitment to making a positive difference in the community.

“I am excited to continue my career at TFCU,” Roberts said. “We are a transformative organization that values our employees and members and their growth. TFCU has an impactful community presence, and I cannot wait to watch us expand those relationships and develop new ones. We are genuine when it comes to people helping people.”
