Recently, the CEOs of Cornerstone-member credit unions received an invitation to participate in the 2022 Compensation Survey. The survey results will be provided to members free of charge as a dues-supported benefit. The information provided will save credit unions time and guesswork in vital compensation decision-making.

We know time and opportunity can get away from you—it happens to all of us. This online-only survey is vital because it benefits every credit union in the region. Therefore, please accept this gentle reminder to complete the survey as soon as you can, so our results reflect the most current, accurate, and geographically representative data.

The Compensation Survey features salary data on 55 credit union positions, as well as benefits information and other compensation-related metrics. The survey allows each credit union to locate data relevant to its own asset size, region, city size, and tenure specifications.
