“Finding out better opportunities to learn and share more about generational alliances,” replied McNabb. “When Gen X was labeled ‘lazy,’ I took it personal because I know I am not. Labeling Millennials and Gen Z with generalized traits never has sat well with me.”
“Young people have such zest and passion for service,” said Reed. “I’m really looking forward to hearing thoughts and ideas from a young person’s perspective. It’s inspiring to me!”
