You can do that through Southwest CUNA Management School (SCMS), a three-year educational program designed to develop and enhance leadership skills for credit union professionals. Only 50 available slots are available each year, a class size that allows for one of the most challenging and engaging curricula for credit union professionals. The classes are built around proven techniques and new trends, and students benefit from a strategic mix of university/college faculty, credit union industry leaders, and recognized professional consultants.
