Cornerstone Foundation  FiCEP  financial education

Are you ready to become a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC)? Here's your opportunity. Registration is now open for the Credit Union National Association’s financial counseling certification program (FiCEP). The Cornerstone Foundation is offering the program at half their regular cost to help credit unions meet members’ and consumers’ increasing need for financial counseling during the pandemic. Learn valuable skills and the knowledge necessary to assist and empower your members to improve their financial well-being.

By attending, students acquire the skills to help those experiencing financial difficulties, reduce delinquencies and charge-offs, grow product and service revenue, demonstrate the credit union difference, and attract new members. FiCEP combines the convenience of a self-study program with group hands-on learning.

Once completed, students will earn their certified credit union financial counselor (CCUFC) designation.

Important Dates

  • Registration deadline: April 30
  • Program start: June 7
  • Live, virtual review: Aug. 5
  • Virtual testing dates: Oct. 6 and 7

Begin your CCUFC journey and register today.
