The new edition of Perspectives magazine has just been published online, featuring Sean Cahill, president/CEO of True Sky Federal Credit Union,
a $917 million financial institution headquartered in Oklahoma City.
In the article, “Adapting and Innovating in the New Normal” Cahill discusses his list of top concerns as a credit union executive. First and foremost: cybersecurity.

“We have to adopt that fintech mentality,” he said. “Move faster and be willing to try new things. They are willing to fail. We need to start testing things faster in the marketplace.”
On top of that, Cahill said, the new reality of a workplace where employees want to work from home is giving rise to a new problem: How do you ensure that the mission and spirit of the credit union movement remain alive in employees you don’t see as often?
