Question: Have there been any changes to Reg D since the 4/28/2020 Interim Rule from the Federal Reserve?    

Answer: No. That interim rule is still in place, which removed the limitations on certain types of transactions over a monthly period. Read the rule.

This rule did not prohibit a financial institution from setting limits, however, or preserving the limits that were in place prior to the rule. Your credit union may still set (or not set) limitations as appropriate.
