Ian Dunlap Advocacy Award
Eligibility
- The Ian Dunlap Advocacy Award nominee must be from a Missouri Cornerstone member credit union and a paid credit union employee.
- Any Missouri Cornerstone member credit union or chapter may nominate individuals for this award.
Who should be nominated for the Ian Dunlap Advocacy Award?
The Selection Committee will look for detailed information about the nominee's advocacy impact, and alignment with the award's purpose, such as individuals who have demonstrated innovation and collaboration through advocacy efforts in support of Missouri credit unions.
Individuals should show leadership and commitment through active participation in Cornerstone League Missouri advocacy programs including PAC support, UNITE, Project Zip Code, and attendance at state and/or federal GACs or events.

The recipient will be recognized at Missouri Day at the Capitol.
Nomination & Scoring Procedures
- A selection committee, comprised of members of the Cornerstone League board from the state of Missouri and Cornerstone League Advocacy staff, will review completed and submitted nominations forms (received by the award deadline), and select the award nominee.
- The Ian Dunlap Advocacy Award nominee must receive at least 75% of the total points possible to be considered an award winner.
- For consistency and transparency, the Selection committee will use a scoring system to assign point values to submissions.
Timeline for the 2026 award
- Mid-October-Dec. 12, 2025: Awards open for nominations
- Dec. 15, 2025-Jan. 16, 2026: Judging
- Mid-late January 2026: Award winner notified
- Feb. 11, 2026: Award winner honored at Missouri Day at the Capitol in Jefferson City, Mo.
