Welcome to Tyson’s Two Cents. As the resident dad (and only guy) of the YP Advisor group, I’d like to share some insight, from dad jokes to fatherly financial advice.

• I recently switched all the labels on my wife’s spice rack. She hasn’t realized it yet, but the thyme is cumin.
• My neighbor rang my doorbell at 3 a.m. Can you believe it? Luckily, I was still up playing the drums.
• Who tells the best Christmas jokes? Reindeer. They sleigh every time.

Wow, Christmas season is here. What a wonderful time of year. I recently took my car to the mechanic and told him it was making a terrible noise. He reached in and removed the Mariah Carey Christmas CD and said, “that ought to take care of it.”
