We’re excited to introduce the CEOs selected for this year’s CEO Reverse Crash. These accomplished leaders will step away from their daily roles to engage with emerging credit union professionals at the 2026 Young Professionals Conference.

Please meet our 2026 CEO Reverse Crashers:

 

Wendy Cleveland

Wendy Cleveland serves as president/CEO of Firstmark Credit Union in San Antonio, Texas. An industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, she joined Firstmark in March 2025 after serving as executive vice president and chief operations officer at Sound Credit Union in Tacoma, Washington. Cleveland began her career as a teller and is passionate about mentoring, challenging, and equipping others to grow and reach their full potential. She holds a Master of Business Administration and is a CUES Certified Chief Executive.

 

 

Chad Heese

Chad Heese is president/CEO of Community Resource Credit Union. He joined the credit union in 2025 after serving at Rogue Credit Union, where he was chief innovation and strategy officer before becoming chief lending officer. He brings more than 25 years of experience spanning lending, information services, operations, enterprise analytics, and enterprise risk management. Heese holds a Bachelor of Science in management information systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University. 

 

 

Lisa Dailey

Lisa Dailey, CPA, is president/CEO of Energize Credit Union, a $28 million member-owned financial institution serving more than 3,700 electric and telephone cooperative employees across Oklahoma. With more than 20 years of experience in cooperative finance, she is known for pairing strategic growth with disciplined risk management, strong governance, and regulatory excellence. In addition to her president/CEO role, Dailey serves as fund manager for the Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives’ self-insured workers’ compensation fund and is active in industry leadership. She holds the credit union compliance expert designation and is a certified banking security manager.
