Celebrate ICU Day with Cornerstone
This year, International Credit Union Day is on Thursday, Oct. 20. CUNA and WOCCU shared resources to help credit unions celebrate.
For your convenience, we created an ICU Day landing page on the Cornerstone website with access to CUNA and WOCCU’s tools, which you can leverage on your credit union’s website and social media pages as well as your personal pages.
There’s another way we can celebrate ICU Day together. Record a short video reciting one of two scripts, send it to media@cornerstoneleague.coop, and we’ll feature it in a mashup on our social media pages and publications on Oct. 20.

International Credit Union Day
Cornerstone League joins the World Council of Credit Unions to celebrate International Credit Union Day on the third Thursday of October every year. This year, ICU Day is Thursday, Oct. 16, and the theme is Cooperation for a Prosperous World. ICU Day celebrates the spirit of the global credit union movement. We raise awareness on ICU Day to promote the movement’s achievements, share member experiences, and give members the opportunity to get more engaged.
