Idrees Rafiq, Jr. is VP of IT Security & Risk Management for Cornerstone Resources. He specializes in leveraging IT and security-related issues with compliance, marketing, vendor management, business continuity, and other business operations specific to credit unions ranging from $2 million to $3 billion in assets. Rafiq serves on CUNA’s Cybersecurity Advisory Board and the executive leadership board of NCU-ISAO and is a faculty member with Southwest Credit Union Management School. In 2017, he was named a Credit Union Rock Star by Credit Union Magazine. He earned an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University and graduated Delta Mu Delta with the International Business Honor Society. He also holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Business Management from Howard Payne University.
