Session Descriptions
Session One
Smart Marketing With AI: Building Consistent, High Impact Marketing with the Teams and Tools You Have
Great marketing is not about having the biggest budget or the largest team. It is about clarity, consistency, and smart use of tools. This session shows how credit unions of any size can build effective marketing and social media strategies using AI powered tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Figma, Whimsical, and other accessible platforms.
Participants will explore how to streamline content creation, plan campaigns, and maintain a consistent brand voice even when teams are stretched or responsibilities are shared across departments. The session is hands on and focused on real world application, from building content calendars to creating campaigns that can be executed immediately.
You will leave with practical tools, templates, and workflows that help your marketing efforts scale with your organization, proving that strong strategy and execution matter more than budget size.
Session Two
From Vision to Execution: Building Your AI Roadmap
AI strategy only works when it turns into action. This session is designed for credit unions that want to move beyond ideas and begin building a realistic, long term AI roadmap that aligns with their goals, systems, and capacity.
Participants will be guided through how to create a phased AI plan that supports both member experience and internal operations. Topics include prioritizing use cases, governance and risk considerations, change management, and how to integrate AI tools with existing technology and vendors.
This session focuses on clarity and execution, helping leadership teams understand what to pursue now, what to plan for later, and how to move forward responsibly.
Session Three
Where Gaming Meets Financial Education: Reimagining How the Next Generation Learns Money
Millions of kids and teens are already learning how to earn, spend, save, trade, and assign value to digital goods inside gaming platforms every day. Long before they open their first checking account, they are developing real financial behaviors in immersive digital environments.
This session explores why gaming has become one of the most powerful learning spaces for financial behavior and what that means for credit unions and financial institutions. Using insights from our recent white paper and real-world examples from Roblox based experiences, we will examine how financial education can move beyond classrooms and worksheets into interactive environments where learning is experiential and sticks.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of both the opportunity and the risks. The session addresses how to engage younger generations earlier and more meaningfully while maintaining trust, safety, compliance, and alignment with credit union values.
