Joseph Arthur
Joseph Arthur serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU). In this role, Arthur leads and oversees all operational functions, ensuring alignment with TFCU's strategic goals and long-term vision. His responsibilities include driving operational efficiency through the implementation of process automation and technology-driven solutions, enhancing member experiences, and spearheading risk management initiatives to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Arthur began his career at TFCU in 2002 as a member service representative and has grown with the credit union from there. His other past responsibilities at TFCU include member service officer, senior member service supervisor, assistant vice president and branch manager, vice president regional director of branch operations, senior vice president of operations.
Adam Bennett
Adam Bennett serves as the director of compliance and training for Energy One Federal Credit Union, bringing nearly three decades of experience in financial services. He began his career as a teller and progressed through member service roles before spending many years as a Branch Manager. This gives him a strong, firsthand understanding of day‑to‑day operations, working as a team, and an understanding of how they impact member service.
Adam started his credit union journey in 2017 as a branch manager and transitioned into a full‑time compliance role in 2022, where he quickly earned compliance designations from America’s Credit Unions (formerly CUNA). In his current role, he focuses on building clear, practical compliance and training programs that work in real-world environments. He partners closely with leadership and frontline teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance that supports both compliance and exceptional member experiences.
Laura Eblen
Laura Eblen is the vice president of Member Engagement and Governmental Affairs for Mazuma Credit Union. She has been focused on improving the lives of credit union members for over two decades. As a collaborative innovator, Laura has worked on concepts and prototypes that tackle industry problems. Those ideas have been built upon and sold to leading Fintech firms and credit unions across the country.
When she’s not creating in her office, the industry awarded CU Rockstar, CCUE, CCUFC, CUDE, CanadaDE, and iCUDE, the CU Diva can usually be found on stage sharing the message about the necessity of positive collaboration, leadership development, and building a culture of innovation. You can also find her facilitating workshops, planning sessions, enjoying cheese curds, and living her best credit union life.
Ross Gentis
Ross, a military brat born in Hawaii and mostly raised in California, followed in his father's footsteps by joining the military, where he met his wife of 32 years. With a strong background in the financial industry, Ross has worked at Brink's Armored Car, in payment systems for retail and has spent nearly six years at Fort Worth City Credit Union.
He is passionate about the credit union mission and dedicated to sharing that vision. In 2025, Ross graduated from the Credit Union Management School (formerly CUNA Management School). Ross is currently the vice president of Information Technology at Fort Worth City CU.
