This session will share with you the basics of good leadership and explain to you how to avoid the 3 most common reasons people quit their leaders. People leave leaders, not companies and people leave leaders that don’t get the fundamentals, not because of their lack of critical thinking skills or strategic planning.

He has been coaching and training for over 10 years while running his other businesses and received his Coaching certification from UC-Berkeley. He has been married to Heidi for over 35 years and has three married children. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, and car racing.
