In this interactive session, you’ll learn how to deliver clear, constructive feedback, handle difficult conversations with confidence, and conduct performance reviews that drive improvement and motivation. We’ll cover proven frameworks for feedback and a step-by-step approach for addressing underperformance. Session Three

Being a great manager isn’t just about completing tasks and giving feedback. It’s about mastering the unspoken dynamics of leadership. In this session, you’ll learn how to manage up effectively, increase your visibility without self-promotion, and navigate tricky team dynamics, including leading a former peer and handling workplace politics. You’ll also develop strategies for saying no without sounding uncooperative, making tough decisions with confidence, and setting professional boundaries.
