The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau recently announced increases to the exemption thresholds under the Home Mortgage Disclosure and the Truth in Lending Act and raised the ceiling on allowable charges for the Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosures.

Dale Hansard Jr., CEO/president of Caprock Federal Credit Union, was recently named chair of the Credit Union National Association Small Credit Union Committee. He previously served as the committee’s vice chairman.
