With the ultimate goal to connect credit unions with each other, Cornerstone League leads and supports various outreach and networking programs. Outreach programs are unique opportunities to connect with the community by improving the quality of life in each neighborhood. Networking programs promote collaboration among credit unions because the entire movement benefits when we share ideas and knowledge.

Three Charities Receive Funds from Endurance FCU Golf Tourney
Endurance Federal Credit Union in Duncan, Okla., awarded three local charities with funds that were raised at the 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. -
True Sky Credit Union Partners with Church to Expand into Eastside
New Bethel Baptist Church and True Sky Credit Union have partnered to build a self-service branch at N.E. 23rd Street and Missouri Avenue in Eastside Oklahoma City, where a groundbreaking was held on June 22. -
Texas Trust Credit Union Donates $1,250 to SafeHaven
One in three women will be affected by domestic violence in her lifetime. To help support women and children living in protective shelters due to family violence, Arlington-based Texas Trust Credit Union employees raised $1,250 and donated needed personal goods to Fort Worth’s SafeHaven of Tarrant County. -
Texas Trust Awards $20,000 in Scholarships to AISD Graduates
Arlington Independent School District graduates Braden Cooner and Abagail Kevil each received $10,000 scholarships from Texas Trust Credit Union. -
Credit Unions Care: Living Our Values Through Charitable Acts
On June 11 Cornerstone launched Credit Unions Care Day in honor of retired EVP/CFO/CAO Karen Hart’s many contributions to the credit union movement. Credit Unions Care is Hart’s brainchild after graduating from National Credit Union Foundation’s Development Educators class.
