With the ultimate goal to connect credit unions with each other, Cornerstone League leads and supports various outreach and networking programs. Outreach programs are unique opportunities to connect with the community by improving the quality of life in each neighborhood. Networking programs promote collaboration among credit unions because the entire movement benefits when we share ideas and knowledge.

Giving Tuesday is a global movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. Created in 2012, Giving Tuesday encourages people to do good. It is a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. -
TDECU collects donations for 13th annual Operation Santa
TDECU is joining forces with Combined Arms for the 13th annual Operation Santa hosted by The Astros Foundation. Houston’s largest credit union is collecting new, unwrapped toys at each of its member centers. -
Neches FCU hosts Veterans Day 5K and raises over $4,000
Neches Federal Credit Union’s seventh annual Veterans Day 5K raised over $4,000 that will support the Southeast Texas Veterans Service Group. The funds were raised from the 5K race, seven-mile bike ride, and one-mile walk/run that the credit union hosted on Nov. 11. -
Amarillo Chapter’s Festival of Gifts benefits Cornerstone Foundation
The Amarillo Chapter of Credit Unions hosted a Festival of Gifts on Nov. 9 at House Divided, drawing 70 attendees and raising $1,400 for Cornerstone Foundation. -
Permian Chapter raises $116,000 for Children’s Miracle Network hospital system
The Permian Chapter of Credit Unions hosted a charity golf tournament and raffle benefiting local Children’s Miracle Network hospitals on Sept. 19 in Odessa, Texas. All told, the events raised $116,000 for CMN hospitals.
