Stephanie Dreiling, CCUFC, CUDE, is the AVP of Education and Community Development at Heartland Credit Union and a current member of the Cornerstone Financial Wellbeing Taskforce. With over a decade of experience in corporate education and five years in adult learning, she brings a deep passion for empowering credit union professionals to better serve their communities. Stephanie holds an MBA and is a proud graduate of the cuLEAD Academy. Her work centers on translating complex challenges—like those highlighted in the A.L.I.C.E. report and the 12 Development Issues defined by the NCUA—into actionable strategies for financial wellbeing.

Outside of work, she enjoys life in Kansas with her husband of 19 years, Erin, their two teenage sons, and their certified therapy dog, who brings joy to local retirement home residents. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines, gardening, or refinishing furniture, Stephanie brings the same heart and purpose she shares in every session she leads.
