Presenter: Cody Jones

As the chief operating officer at MemberSource Credit Union, Cody Jones drives organizational strategy and oversees operations across lending, collections, and enterprise functions. With more than 16 years in financial services, he focuses on building high‑performing teams, strengthening portfolio and risk management, and leading innovation to improve member experiences and operational efficiency. His career includes navigating portfolios through the 2008 financial crisis and COVID‑19 with stability and growth.

Jones has designed and launched a cross‑sale program that boosted revenue for a major retail bank, built a full‑service mortgage program tailored to credit union members, led a smooth merger of two credit unions and a core conversion from Fiserv to Corelation, revamped credit card products with new rewards programs, and introduced fintech automations that streamlined lending, collections, and branch operations. He holds an associate degree in Administration and Network Security and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in business administration with a major in finance and a minor in accounting at the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business.
