Carolyn Jordan has a super objective. She is committed to using servant leadership to help others unlock and achieve their highest potential. As a credit union leader, she strives to be an influencer, encouraging credit unions to be forward-thinking, digital first, and culturally diverse to achieve consistent high-level growth and service excellence. And that’s just one reason Jordan is on our list of credit union trailblazers. -
Leave a Legacy: Terrie Johnson
Terrie Johnson has enjoyed a long credit union career that began in 1979, when she took a teller position at LTV Federal Credit Union, which later became Texas Trust Credit Union. Over the years, Johnson advanced through the ranks and, after 36 years, retired in 2015. However, “retirement” is often a subjective term. -

Mary Beth Spuck has honed her broad credit union expertise in leadership, sales, member service, collaboration, and project management over two decades in the financial services industry. Some of that experience has inspired this international traveler, CEO, and multi-DE grad to think more holistically about her members and an above-and-beyond approach to service.
