Webinar: Credit Mountain "The Warm Decline"

Credit Mountain

Saying "Not Yet" instead of "No" to declined borrowers

Did you know that 70%+ of the borrowers you decline will NEVER apply for a loan with your Credit Union again?

Join the webinar hosted by Credit Mountain to learn about their flagship product, The Warm Decline, which allows Credit Unions to:

  1. Send empathetic & educational Adverse Action notices

  2. Offer declined borrowers a personalized "Path to Yes"

  3. Build relationships with a lead management tool that notifies loan officers when someone is ready to reapply

Most importantly, by digitizing Adverse Action Notices and automating processes, The Warm Decline, saves Credit Unions money! Join the webinar to learn how 30+ CUs have reinvented their decline experience and saved money in the process.

Presenter: Nathan Pinto

Smiling person with short dark hair pushed to the side and a close cropped beard.Nathan Pinto is a mission-driven entrepreneur dedicated to creating scalable, sustainable solutions to complex challenges. After studying Finance & Economics at the University of Texas at Austin, he moved to India and started a company building self-sustaining toilets in India. Upon returning to Dallas, he joined a seed stage venture capital fund and learned the startup playbook as an associate. From there he spent a year discerning the priesthood with the Jesuits but in that process realized that his talents were best used serving others through entrepreneurship.

Since returning he founded a handful of ventures with the most notable being Farm2Cook, a retail concept with 10 locations. Today, Nathan is focused on evolving and scaling Credit Mountain, a B2B fintech offering a SaaS solution that allows Credit Unions to offer their declined borrowers a “Path to Yes” and hopefully more soon.
