According to cybersecurity experts, the SolarWinds data breach appears to be one of the most significant cyberattacks in recent history. Hackers corrupted a software update for Orion, an enterprise network management software, which is used to monitor and manage on-premise and hosted infrastructures.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau recently announced increases to the exemption thresholds under the Home Mortgage Disclosure and the Truth in Lending Act and raised the ceiling on allowable charges for the Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosures.
