Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union announced Monday it has raised its starting pay to $18 per hour, joining the ranks of credit unions, banks, and other businesses that have decided to increase their starting pay above minimums required by law.

Recently, CreditUnions.com interviewed credit union executives about how they are responding to the COVID-19 Delta variant, which is more virulent than earlier strains. As the virus has surged again, credit unions are refining what they’ve learned to respond to changes the new variant has caused.

The Deer Park Chamber of Commerce recognized Shell Federal Credit Union as the 2020 Large Business of the Year at the Chamber’s Annual Bucks and Beauties Banquet on July 29, 2021.
