Arkansas Legislature Extends Recess; HB 1391 Signed into Law
The 93rd Arkansas General Assembly has concluded its work in both chambers, and after working well into the night on April 28 immediately entered a period of extended recess. Barring the unexpected, lawmakers plan to reconvene in the fall to tackle congressional redistricting. -
Oklahoma Governor Signs Prize-Linked Savings into Law
Oklahoma credit unions enjoyed a big win this week after Gov. Kevin Stitt signed Prized-Linked Savings into law. Starting on Nov. 1, credit unions will be able to conduct savings promotions to incentivize savings. -
