Recent Cornerstone Comment Letters

Cornerstone League recently submitted a comment letter to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency supporting federal preemption of the Illinois Interchange Fee Prohibition Act. The League also provided a comment letter to the National Credit Union Administration in support of its proposal to reduce regulatory requirements related to the third-party servicing of indirect vehicle loans.
