Millennium Corporate Appoints Haley DaVee as President/CEO
Millennium Corporate Credit Union announced earlier this year the appointment of Haley DaVee as its next president/CEO. A respected leader within the credit union movement, DaVee brings deep industry expertise, a collaborative leadership style, and a strong commitment to organizations that serve credit unions and their members.
Mike Augustine, chair of Millennium Corporate’s board of directors, shared the board’s enthusiasm for DaVee’s appointment.
“On behalf of the board of directors, we are excited about the selection of Haley as the next president/CEO of Millennium Corporate Credit Union,” Augustine said. “After a national search, Haley stood out due to her extensive experience in the credit union industry, as well as her reputation for building exceptional relationships throughout our membership. We have the utmost confidence in her ability to lead, develop, and grow the corporate well into the future.”
DaVee brings nearly two decades of senior leadership experience across the credit union movement, including executive roles within cooperatively structured service organizations and trade associations. Most recently, she served as chief operating officer of Plexcity, where she oversaw strategy, operations, and client experience in support of credit unions, leagues, and CUSOs nationwide. Under her leadership, Plexcity achieved significant revenue and client growth through disciplined strategy, technology-enabled efficiencies, and a strong focus on member value.
Previously, DaVee served as executive vice president of the Heartland Credit Union Association, providing senior executive leadership across strategy, advocacy, and operations. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, experience partnering with boards of directors, and deep understanding of the cooperative credit union system. DaVee holds the Certified Association Executive designation and earned both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in political science, cum laude, from Kansas State University.
“I am deeply honored and energized by the opportunity to lead Millennium Corporate,” DaVee said. “Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how essential strong, reliable corporate credit unions are in helping members navigate change and seize opportunity. Millennium Corporate’s legacy of stability, cooperation, and service is extraordinary. I’m excited to build on that foundation while championing innovative solutions that help our members thrive.”
As president/CEO, DaVee will work closely with Millennium Corporate’s board of directors, staff, member credit unions, regulators, and industry partners to advance the organization’s strategic priorities. Her leadership will focus on preserving Millennium Corporate’s strong financial foundation while continuing to enhance services, foster collaboration, and ensure the corporate remains a trusted and forward-looking partner for credit unions.
