2025 Missouri Legislative Summary: Credit Union Priorities and Progress

The 103rd General Assembly saw 2,586 bills filed with 67 passed. The Missouri Credit Union Association staff tracked 17 bills and actively engaged through testimony and Capitol visits. Thanks to our Missouri credit union leaders who stepped up to advocate for the credit union mission, and to the Missouri Governmental Affairs Subcommittee and its Chair Rick Nichols, for their leadership and guidance.
