DALLAS, TEXAS (May 5, 2022) — Baylor Health Care System Credit Union has named Delana Bolen as its new president/CEO. Cornerstone Resources conducted the executive search for the $91 million credit union. 

Bolen has more than 20 years of operational strategy and sales experience in the financial services industry. Her passion for growing businesses, implementing change, and driving organizational peak performance through multiple delivery channels will help Baylor Health Care System CU continue to fulfill the needs of its members.

Bolen comes to Baylor Health Care System from Cornerstone Resources in Plano, Texas, where she served as the VP of sales & support. She was responsible for providing strategic leadership and insight to more than 500-member credit unions in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. At Cornerstone Resources, Bolen centralized all sales and support services to improve service level agreements, quality control, and workflow efficiencies.

Prior to her role as the VP of sales & support at Cornerstone Resources, Bolen was the vice president, sales & service center operations at Texas Trust Credit Union in Arlington, Texas. In this role, Bolen provided visionary leadership alongside the SVP of retail delivery to manage and direct more than 150 employees in 20 branch locations.

Bolen holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Dallas Baptist University in Texas. She also earned a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University in New York.
