This year, Cornerstone League will hold a virtual Hike at Home on Oct. 18–22,* similar to the very successful virtual hike we held in 2020. Please mark your calendars so you’re sure to join us.

The Amarillo Area Chapter of Credit Unions held its annual golf tournament July 19 at the Tascosa Golf Club in Amarillo and raised more than $48,667 for the Children’s Miracle Network and Credit Unions for Kids.

Cornerstone League members are invited to join us for our virtual Hike at Home on Oct. 18–22. It’s an outstanding opportunity to engage with our nation’s policymakers, and an excellent learning opportunity. Let’s make our voices heard!

Congressional policymakers are eyeing unconventional sources of revenue to fund their infrastructure plans. One proposal under consideration would require credit unions and other financial institutions to report to the Internal Revenue Service how much money has gone into and out of accounts holding more than $600.
