The Deer Park Chamber of Commerce recognized Shell Federal Credit Union as the 2020 Large Business of the Year at the Chamber’s Annual Bucks and Beauties Banquet on July 29, 2021. Each year, businesses are nominated for the award based on community leadership, acts of service, and contribution to the Deer Park community.

Employees of Texas Trust Credit Union in Arlington, Texas, held a Relay for Life walk at the company headquarters and raised more than $20,000 for the American Cancer Society.

Education First Federal Credit Union in Beaumont, Texas, has gifted Lamar University with $15,000 for the construction of a Cardinal NEST at Beaumont Independent School District’s Guess Elementary School.
