For the last several months, workers have been quitting their jobs at or near record levels. According to the latest Job Openings and Labor Turnover Summary (JOLTS) release from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the quit rate increased to 3% in November 2021.1 That matches the all-time high last seen in September.

In an effort to maintain top workplace status and prepare for continued growth, Greater Texas Credit Union named Molly Daniels as chief human resource officer and senior vice president. Daniels brings nearly 25 years of HR management and talent development experience to the credit union.

The Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce presented the Community Service Award to Texas Trust Credit Union during its 50th annual Chamber Business Awards Show. Texas Trust was one of six nominees competing for the award, receiving more than 30% of the winning votes.
