Wendi Christian, CPA, CISA, CITP, CGMA, MSA, the VP of accounting for 5Point Credit Union in Nederland, Texas, has been named president of the 2022–2023 national board of directors for the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance.

Last week Cornerstone League and Heartland Credit Union Association issued a joint announcement about exploring a consolidation, which has garnered some media attention.

Five Cornerstone League member credit unions were named on Forbes’ recent “best credit unions” list.
