Design a Curriculum that teaches the "Credit Union Difference" that can be taught to new staff members at the credit union as part of their on-boarding.
The result is a 48 page curriculum that covers the following five topics: The CU system, TFCU History, CU History, Connecting TFCU to the Cooperative Principles, and Understanding the difference between Banks and Credit Unions. There are Four-Step lesson plans for each of these topics and an appendix with resources and activities.
