In Memoriam: Sarah Mosley

Longtime credit union champion Sarah Mosely passed away on June 5 after a short illness. Having retired from her position as president/CEO of Telcoe Federal Credit Union just weeks before her passing, Sarah spent an incredible 52 years with the credit union.
She started her career in 1972 and was promoted to president/CEO in 1978, leading with a servant’s heart and elevating the credit union’s reputation as one of the safest and soundest credit unions in the nation.
Sarah served on multiple boards and committees throughout the decades, including NAFCU, South West Corporate Board of Directors, and Habitat for Humanity of Little Rock Board of Directors. She was active in her community and a fierce advocate for credit unions, known as a “second mother” by her staff and members. She was also known for her sense of humor, work ethic, and positive outlook on life. “If you wake and tell yourself you feel good, you will.”
May her legacy live on in the countless lives she touched.
