Credit Union Leaders Honored at Cornerstone League IMPACT Conference
PLANO, TEXAS, May 22, 2026 – Cornerstone League-area credit union leaders were recently recognized for their exceptional contributions, support of, and dedication to advancing the credit union movement. The Hall of Fame, Professional of the Year, Small Credit Union Achiever, and 2025 Volunteer of the Year award winners were honored at IMPACT: Cornerstone Annual Meeting Awards Luncheon on May 14 in Oklahoma City, Okla. The award recipients include:
Hall of Fame: Debbie Baumann, Mazuma Credit Union, Missouri
Professional of the Year: Andria McCollough, Truity Credit Union, Oklahoma
Small CU Achiever: Paige Rhoades, Alcoa Community Federal Credit Union, Arkansas
2025 Volunteer of the Year: Ryan Prillman, PrimeWay Federal Credit Union, Texas

Debbie Baumann Barnett, Mazuma Credit Union (Missouri) – Hall of Fame Inductee
Debbie Baumann was inducted into the Hall of Fame in recognition of a distinguished career marked by leadership and long-term impact. Beginning her career in 1981, she advanced to chief operating officer and became a trusted advisor and mentor within the organization. Her experience across marketing, operations, and financial strategy provided a comprehensive perspective that guided organizational growth and transformation. Known for her steady leadership and commitment to the credit union philosophy, she played a pivotal role in shaping Mazuma and influencing the broader industry.
Andria McCollough, Truity Credit Union (Oklahoma) – Professional of the Year
Andria McCollough is a strategic executive and culture builder at Truity Credit Union. As chief administrative officer, she oversees multiple functional areas, aligning teams and driving organizational efficiency. Her work developing an enterprise-wide efficiency tracker improved processes while maintaining a high level of member service. She is also recognized for her commitment to mentoring and talent development, helping others grow professionally. Her leadership extends beyond her organization through active involvement in industry initiatives and community service.
Paige Rhoades, Alcoa Community Federal Credit Union (Arkansas) – Small CU Achiever
Paige Rhoades was recognized for her dedication to member service and her leadership within a small credit union environment. During her 10 years at Alcoa Community FCU, she has played a key role in advancing operations, supporting professional development, and fostering collaboration across her region. Her involvement in chapter leadership and commitment to financial literacy education, particularly for students, demonstrates her passion for building stronger communities. Colleagues describe her as adaptable and mission-driven, with a focus on improving both member experience and operational effectiveness.
Ryan Prilllman, PrimeWay Federal Credit Union (TX) – 2025 Volunteer of the Year
As the Board Vice Chair at PrimeWay Federal Credit Union, Ryan Prillman plays a critical role in governance, strategic direction, and fiduciary oversight. His hands-on involvement in local outreach, along with his work supporting legislative priorities, reflects a strong commitment to strengthening the credit union movement. He extends his impact through his recent achievement as a Certified Credit Union Board Member. Prillman is described as a leader who shows up, follows through, and strengthens both institutions and communities in meaningful ways.
