People’s Trust Federal Credit Union Announces Selection of VP, Chief Member Experience Officer

HOUSTON, TEXAS (March 30, 2021) — People’s Trust Federal Credit Union has named Theresa Edge as its VP, chief member experience officer. Cornerstone Resources conducted the executive search for the $500 million credit union.
Edge’s 22 years of financial services management experience, with 12 of those years within the credit union industry, will be an asset to People’s Trust FCU. Her passion for developing innovative programs, enhancing member experiences, and driving sales will help People’s Trust FCU continue to provide its members with a full range of competitive financial products and personalized service.
Edge comes to People’s Trust FCU from Texas Bay Credit Union in Houston, Texas, where she served as assistant vice president. In this role, she was responsible for the operation of several full-service branches within the West Region, call center department, and interactive teller department including product sales, lending, member experience, operations, security, and safety. At Texas Bay CU, Edge achieved regional sales objectives by recruiting and mentoring employees, developing and executing action plans, determining regional sales system improvements, and analyzing achievement metrics.
Prior to her role at Texas Bay CU, Edge was the director of remote delivery services at Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union in Houston, Texas, where she was responsible for the credit union’s strategic vision through the execution of a suite of remote delivery products. Edge oversaw the daily operations of the member resource center, the interactive teller call center, ELoan services, and the functions of the interactive teller machines (ITMs), mobile deposit capture, online account opening, chat, Silver Cloud, and call center suite.
